There isn't much that brings a bigger sense of honor than having someone choose your name. On February 7, 2018 a little girl was born in Jacksonville, Florida to Congolese parents who had made it to America after 15 years in a refugee camp in Uganda where they were married and and gave birth to their first 6 children.
